How we evaluate vendors.
Pedagogue Systems uses a Vendor Evaluation Framework. We do not publish it. We do publish that it exists, that we apply it consistently, and that the bar is the same one we apply to ourselves under the engagement charter.
The framework is internal. The category is public. Vendors who meet the framework are partners. The decision is documented.
