Path 1 requires the engagement charter. Every clause is enforceable.

  • Funded reskilling commitment, time-bounded with specific outcome targets.
  • A funding source that does not book reskilling cost against the same line that captures automation savings.
  • Success criteria that include workforce outcomes.
  • An audit cadence that includes workforce health.
  • A breach-and-cure covenant with an enforceable walk-away mechanism.
  • A bridge instrument for funded continuity through partner placement when partner referrals are made.

Path 02.

Implement and hold

Substrate. Governance. Audit.

A lighter engagement. We come in, implement the data and governance substrate (Cassion), and hold there.

The customer keeps their existing ATS, VMS, CRM. We provide the spine. This is a valid path. Not every customer is ready for Path 1, and Path 2 still delivers governance, audit, and a clean data layer.
